Former Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Yousuf has predicted that India may remain unbeaten throughout the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup. Yousuf, who himself was a formidable middle-order batsman during his playing days, said that India’s current crop of players is well balanced and possesses great depth in their batting, bowling and fielding departments. He also praised their captain Virat Kohli, stating that he is a great motivator who leads by example. India is one of the favourites going into the 2023 World Cup, to be held in India, and has won the prestigious tournament twice before. However, Yousuf warned that cricket is a game of uncertainties and it will be interesting to see how the tournament unfolds.
