Salima Tete to Lead Indian Women’s Hockey Team in Asian Champions Trophy

Salima Tete has been appointed as the captain of the Indian women’s hockey team for the forthcoming Asian Champions Trophy. Navneet Kaur will serve as the vice-captain in the tournament, which is scheduled to be held from November 11 to 20 at the Rajgir Hockey Stadium in Bihar.

India is set to defend their title as the reigning champions, having clinched victory in the last edition of the tournament held in Ranchi. The team is gearing up to showcase their skills and aim for another triumph in this prestigious event.
